1. What should I do if I want my employees to have a medical examination based on laboratory tests?
SYNLAB does not carry out full occupational health inspections as required by law. This means that we only offer health inspections based on laboratory tests, if necessary, along with the consultation of a lab doctor. As an added value for rewarding/motivating your employees with a health check, we ask you to send a more specific request (which tests/panels, gift cards, consultation, training, etc. you are interested in; the location and the number of people) to our customer service at email@example.com, so we can outline our options to you in more detail.
2. Can I ask for a refund if I change my mind and do not want to give a sample or get a consultation from a lab doctor/allergologist?
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel the SYNLAB laboratory services, you may do so if you have not already provided samples or received a consultation service. To do this, please send an unambiguous withdrawal application in a freely chosen form (stating your first name and last name, bank account number and name of the service you wish to cancel) to SYNLAB customer service within 14 days of paying for the service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund you the fee for the service immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request from SYNLAB customer service.
